as per my previous post
, it has always been my dream to own a house and I always have this kind of feeling, afraid of debt. based on my current situation, I am not confident enough to make it come true. but, it’s happened last month, when my house owner decided to increase the rent from RM 600 to RM 620. ok, it’s only RM 20 differences, what’s a big deal? still, when I think it over, if she can easily increase the rent today, it is possible she will increase it again anytime soon, right? furthermore, RM 600 is quite a big amount of money, man.. if you pay for your own house, even RM 700 still ok, but that is not my house. it’s like helping other people pay for their house loan and I think, it’s not a good choice of life.
simply because of that, me and my hubby started to find a house for sale seriously. our target is within Inanam area because we both worked here. of course, we still have this unpleasure feeling of doubt, whether we can commit to pay for the loan or not. but, as people said, if you seek, you will find. I still can’t believe that it’s only took 1 month and half to find the house. abviously, Jim Rohn is right. he said, “there’s nothing to tell what you can do when you have a goal and have a strong faith to achieve it.” you’ve got to believe me on this… there’s really nothing to tell when you get inspired by your dream. all you need to do is follow your heart desire, one step at a time.
so, above is the picture of our future house. it’s also funny when we find out that this house is actually owned by the sister of my sister-in-law’s fiancee. initially, we saw the advertisement from mudah.my
and immediately called the owner to set for a meeting. but when my sister-in-law saw the advertisement, it shocked her a lot. “ini rumah kak anne..”
she said. what a relief to hear that… it’s always nice to cooperate with the people that you’ve already knew, right?
last night, we just sent all documents needed to apply for a house loan. I believe and I always want to believe, miracle will happen again. wait and see.. and today, as previous years, we received incentive money for book reading program plus a book as a gift for them who managed to read at least 4 books within the past 6 months. the book’s title is “Put Your Dream to the Test: 10 Questions to Help You See It and Seize It” by John C. Maxwell. waaa.. this book means a lot to me because I am now living my dream!! hehe..
